Frame fixings KPR/KPS-FAST, produced by Klimas Wkręt-met, are made of the highest quality materials.
The plastic expansion element is made of polyamide and, thanks to its innovative design, ensures optimal force distribution in various building materials.
The steel screw is protected by a modern non-electrolytic zinc flake coating, which makes them exceptionally resistant to corrosion processes. Zinc flake consists of a mixture of zinc flakes, aluminum, and binding resins. In addition to higher corrosion resistance compared to galvanic zinc coating, zinc flake solves the problem of hydrogen embrittlement and is safe for the environment and user because it does not contain hexavalent chromium Cr(VI), which is recognized as harmful. For the most demanding projects, the screws of fixings and fasteners are available in A4 stainless steel version.
Frame fixings KPR/KPS-FAST can be used in all substrates of classes A (concrete), B (solid brick), C (ceramic hollow brick), and D (autoclaved aerated concrete). Plastic elements with or without a pressure collar and screw heads with an integrated washer or conical shape allow you to choose the product for any application. Screws equipped with a TX socket guarantee optimal torque transfer and the application of its appropriate value during tightening. The product is available in a wide range of lengths and diameters, which finds application in a wide range of construction works.
